Northgate Vehicle Hire recently rewarded Essex Insulation with a cheque for £1,000 to be donated to its charity of choice. The donation was made to celebrate the success of the ‘Going for Growth’ initiative, part of Northgate’s targeted growth plan in the South.
With St. Luke’s Hospice chosen as the deserving cause, both the Mayor of Basildon and Northgate’s CEO, Bob Contreras, joined Essex Insulation at Northgate’s Basildon branch where Contreras proudly presented the cheque to the charity on Wednesday 20th November.

Northgate’s Going for Growth campaign in the south of the UK has been a tremendous achievement – with over 1,000 vehicles on hire from our five new sites. I am thrilled to present the £1,000 charity donation to Essex Insulation, as it acts as an opportunity for us to thank local businesses for their continued support and to highlight our commitment to the communities in which we operate.”
