Project Team Services

We have a team of highly trained Estimators who can offer impartial advice and solutions for thermal and acoustic insulation, fire protection, render, dry lining, plastering, metal stud partitioning and painting. Whether it’s a new build site with 150 houses, a single timber-frame dwelling, a school extension or refurbishment of an office block, our Estimators are on hand to provide recommendations, options and quotations.

Our new build contracting department is an approved sub-contractor to most of the UK’s major Housing Developers and Commercial Contractors. Our clients include Bellway Homes, Persimmon Homes, Cala Homes, Millwood Designer Homes, Keepmoat and Mulalley & Co.

We have a Technical department in-house to assist with advice on building regulations, SAP and U-Value calculations, whilst our Material Supplies division has extensive expertise in product availability and selection.
The Contracts Liaison Team will ensure that every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time in accordance with the specification and quality standards.

We take great pride in our exceptional health and safety record, giving clients complete confidence and peace of mind. Our SHEQ Manager and a team of inspectors visit every site on a regular basis to ensure that high standards are maintained.

Case Study: Advice and Expertise

InBuild was contracted to insulate the sloping rafters in the loft space and the vaulted ceilings in two of the bedrooms and the dining area of a large new build property.

Our Estimating Team was able to adapt the specification to use an alternative product that still achieved the required U-Values but reduced the overall cost. We also adapted the method applied to the exposed steel beams to give a more aesthetically pleasing finish.

The vaulted ceilings were insulated with 100mm Ecotherm and finished with a layer of 82.5mm Ecoliner (an insulated plasterboard). The client was delighted that despite the challenges of a sloping ceiling and a full height, oak-framed window, the finish was exceptionally neat and precise.
